User Agreement

Welcome to Drawy, a lightweight and efficient AI-powered mobile application dedicated to converting real-person photos into exquisite comic character cards. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as the “user” or “you”) and the developer of Drawy (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your use of the Drawy mobile application and all related services.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Drawy app, you acknowledge that you have read, fully understood, and unconditionally agreed to all terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately stop using the Drawy app and delete it from your mobile device. Please note that Drawy does not require any account registration, login, or personal information submission to access and use all core functions, ensuring a hassle-free and privacy-focused user experience.

1. Scope of Services

Drawy provides users with AI-driven comic character generation services, including but not limited to real-person portrait upload (optional), text-to-image generation, image-to-image conversion, dual-image fusion processing, one-click comic generation in Japanese, Korean, American and other popular styles, comic card preview, local saving, and image export. We strive to maintain the stability, fluency, and security of the app’s services, but we reserve the right to adjust, optimize, or suspend partial or all services for operational, technical, or compliance reasons without prior notice, and we will not be liable for any losses caused thereby.

2. User Obligations

When using the Drawy app, you undertake to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, regulations, and public order and good customs. You shall not use the app to create, generate, store, or spread any illegal, infringing, obscene, violent, defamatory, or harmful content that violates the legitimate rights and interests of others.

You warrant that all photos, images, or text materials you upload or input into the app are original, legally owned by you, or you have obtained full legal authorization to use such materials for comic generation. You shall be solely responsible for any intellectual property disputes, privacy violations, or other legal liabilities arising from unauthorized use of third-party materials. We shall not be liable for any disputes or losses caused by your violation of this obligation.

3. Critical Notice: No Collection of User Facial Information

Considering that the core services of Drawy involve user-uploaded real-person portraits, AI image processing, and dual-image fusion for comic character creation, we hereby make a clear, comprehensive, and irrevocable commitment that Drawy does NOT collect, store, analyze, retain, or transmit any user facial information under any circumstances. This commitment is elaborated in detail through the following clauses to eliminate all ambiguities:

• Clause 1: No Extraction of Facial Data from Uploaded Portraits When you upload a real-person portrait photo to the Drawy app for comic generation, our AI system only performs temporary, task-specific processing on the image to complete the comic conversion. We do not conduct facial scanning, feature extraction, or biometric analysis on the uploaded photo; we never isolate or record facial details such as facial contours, eye shapes, nose structure, lip features, facial landmarks, or other unique biometric identifiers, and no facial-specific data is stored separately from the original image.
• Clause 2: No Storage of Facial Information on Servers or Local Devices All uploaded portrait photos and temporary AI processing data are only cached locally on your mobile device during the active comic generation session. Once you close the app, terminate the generation process, or delete the generated comic image, all temporary image data and related cache files are automatically and permanently erased. We do not upload any facial information, full portrait images, or biometric data to our remote servers, nor do we store such data in cloud platforms, local databases, or persistent caches for any future use.
• Clause 3: No Unauthorized Use of Facial Information The AI processing of uploaded images is strictly limited to the single purpose of generating comic character cards as you request. We never use facial information extracted (though we do not extract such data) from user photos for targeted advertising, user profiling, big data analysis, market research, or any other purpose unrelated to the app’s core comic generation services. Facial data will never be used to identify, track, or profile individual users.
• Clause 4: No Transmission of Facial Data to Third Parties Although we rely on third-party AI image generation APIs to provide core services, we only transmit encrypted, non-identifiable, and anonymized image data (completely stripped of all facial biometric markers and personal identifiers) to these third-party providers, solely for the purpose of completing the comic generation task. We never send raw facial information, complete portrait images, or personal data to third-party API providers, advertisers, data brokers, or any other external entities.
• Clause 5: No Retention of Facial Data Post-Processing Immediately after the AI comic generation is completed and you save or export the final comic image to your device’s local storage, all temporary data related to the original uploaded portrait—including residual image fragments, processing records, and any facial-related data—is permanently deleted. We do not retain any copies of your uploaded photos, generated comics, or facial information on our systems, and we have no right or ability to access, view, or use your locally stored images after processing.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights related to the Drawy app, including but not limited to software code, design templates, UI/UX design, text content, icons, animations, and trademarks, are exclusively owned by us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

The comic character cards generated by you through the Drawy app belong to you, and you may use them for personal non-commercial purposes such as avatars, wallpapers, and personal collections. You shall not use the generated content for commercial activities, public dissemination, or any other unauthorized purposes without our prior written consent, unless you have full legal rights to do so.

5. Privacy Protection

We attach great importance to user privacy protection and strictly abide by the provisions of this Agreement and the Drawy Privacy Policy. In addition to the commitment of not collecting facial information, we do not collect any personal identifiable information such as your name, phone number, email address, residential address, or social media accounts. We only collect limited anonymous, non-personal usage data (such as device model, operating system version, app crash logs) for app optimization and bug fixing, and such data will never be used to identify individual users.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Drawy is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app’s services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, nor do we guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of the generated comic content.

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Drawy app, including but not limited to data loss, device damage, or service interruptions caused by network failures, technical errors, or third-party actions.

7. Modification and Termination of Agreement

We reserve the right to modify, update, or adjust the terms of this Agreement at any time. The revised Agreement will be posted within the Drawy app and take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the app after the revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must stop using the app immediately.

We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and suspend or terminate your access to the app’s services at any time without prior notice if you violate any provision of this Agreement, including but not limited to uploading infringing content, using the app for illegal purposes, or other improper behaviors.

8. General Provisions

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Drawy app, superseding any prior oral or written agreements or understandings related thereto. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
