You can generate Japanese, Korean, or American style comic images with one click after uploading a portrait, and enjoy a privacy-safe and easy-to-use comic creation experience. Importantly, Drawy does NOT require any account registration or login to use all core features, and we are deeply committed to protecting your privacy throughout every step of your usage. This policy applies solely to the Drawy mobile application and all related services provided within the app.

1. No Collection of Personal Identifiable Information

Drawy is built with user privacy as a core principle, and we do not collect any personal identifiable information from users at any time. Since the app does not require account creation, login credentials, phone number verification, email registration, or any form of personal profile setup, we never gather data such as your full name, residential address, contact number, email address, social media accounts, or any other details that can directly identify you as an individual. All usage of the app’s core functions—including photo upload, AI image processing, comic generation, and image saving—can be completed anonymously, with no personal data being collected, stored, or transmitted to our servers or third parties.

2. Clear Statement: We Do NOT Collect User Facial Information

Given that Drawy’s core functions involve user-uploaded portrait photos, AI image-to-image processing, and dual-image fusion for comic character generation, we want to explicitly and comprehensively clarify that Drawy does NOT collect, store, analyze, or retain any user facial information under any circumstances. This commitment is detailed in the following points to eliminate any ambiguity:

• Point 1: Facial Data Is Not Extracted from Uploaded Photos When you upload a real-person portrait photo to the app for comic generation, our AI system only processes the image temporarily to complete the comic conversion task. We do not extract, scan, or isolate facial features (including facial contours, eye shapes, nose structure, mouth features, facial landmarks, or biometric facial data) from the uploaded photo, and no facial-specific data is saved or stored separately from the original image.
• Point 2: No Facial Information Storage on Servers or Local Devices Uploaded photos and temporary AI processing data are only stored locally on your mobile device during the active comic generation session. Once you close the app, clear the session, or delete the generated comic, all temporary image data is erased immediately. We do not upload any facial information or full portrait images to our remote servers, nor do we store facial data in any cloud storage, local database, or cache for future use.
• Point 3: Facial Information Is Not Used for Any Unrelated Purposes Any image processing performed by our AI is strictly limited to the single task of converting your uploaded photo into a comic-style character card. We never use facial information from uploaded photos for targeted advertising, user profiling, data analysis, research, or any other purpose unrelated to the app’s core comic generation function. No facial data is shared, sold, or leased to third-party advertisers, data brokers, or analytics firms.
• Point 4: No Facial Data Transmission to Third-Party Services While we use third-party AI image generation APIs to power our core functions, we only transmit non-identifiable, processed image data (stripped of all facial biometric markers) to these third-party providers for the sole purpose of comic generation. We do not send any raw facial information, full portrait images, or personal data to third parties, and all API data transmissions are encrypted to protect your privacy.
• Point 5: No Retention of Facial Data After Processing Once the AI comic generation process is completed and you save or export the final comic image to your device, all temporary processing data related to the original portrait—including any residual image fragments or facial-related data—is permanently deleted. We do not retain copies of your uploaded photos, generated comics, or any facial information on our systems, and we have no access to your saved images after they are stored locally on your device.

3. Limited Non-Personal Usage Data

To improve app performance, optimize user experience, and fix technical bugs, Drawy may collect limited non-personal, anonymous usage data. This data is completely unrelated to your identity or facial information and cannot be used to identify you individually. The types of non-personal data we may collect include: device model and type, mobile operating system version, app version number, screen resolution, basic app interaction data (such as which features you use), and crash log data (to resolve technical errors). This anonymous data is only used for internal app optimization and is not shared with any third parties for commercial or unauthorized purposes.

4. Photo and Image Usage Guidelines

All photos you upload to Drawy remain under your full control at all times. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload and process any portrait photos, and that the use of such photos complies with applicable laws and regulations. As stated previously, uploaded photos are only processed locally on your device for comic generation, and we do not access, use, or distribute your photos for any unauthorized purposes. You can delete uploaded photos and generated comic images directly from your device at any time, with no residual data left on our systems.

5. Data Security Measures

We implement reasonable technical and operational security measures to protect the limited data involved in app usage. All temporary image processing is conducted locally on your device with basic encryption, and any data transmitted to third-party AI APIs is encrypted via secure network protocols. We regularly update app security protocols to prevent unauthorized access, data breaches, or misuse of any data related to your app usage, further safeguarding your privacy and ensuring the security of your uploaded images.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally to reflect changes in app functions, legal requirements, or privacy practices.
